Definitions “Personal Information” includes your name, address information, personal e-mail address and URL, telephone number, account username and password, as well as other, similar information. “Prospect Information” includes the same information as Personal Information except that Prospect Information is information that is submitted by an individual who is not the subject of the data submitted. “Non-Identifying Personal Information” includes information about you, including, without limitation, your Internet service provider, browser type, domain name, the Web Site that referred you to us, the web pages you request, the date and time of those requests, and entry and exit points. Collection of Personal Information or Prospect Information AusMarketing may collect Personal Information from you, but only if you provide it to us voluntarily. We also collect Personal Information that you provide to us so that we can fulfill your order. In addition, in certain situations, such as when a purchaser buys a product as a gift and supplies the recipients’ name and address, we collect Prospect Information. Children AusMarketing does not sell products for purchase by children. We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information or Prospect Information from children under age 13. If you are under age 13, do not share personal information with us. Use of Personal Information AusMarketing may use and disclose Personal Information or Prospect Information as described in this document. In addition to the uses described in this document, we may use Personal Information or Prospect Information for purposes that include maintaining the Web Site, order fulfillment and administration, product surveys, administrative and analytical purposes like accounting, billing and audits, information system management, and other, similar uses. We may also use Personal Information or Prospect Information to provide current and potential customers and suppliers with information about our services such as other products and services that you may also be interested in and local events. This will be in the form of the occasional letter or email from AusMarketing, Internet-Success, Carl Neumann or other AusMarketing related promotions. Do not worry you won't be bugged or pestered and you can always request your name to be removed at anytime by clicking on a link at the bottom of the email to unsubscribe. We only collect, use, and disclose Personal Information or Prospect Information for purposes that are reasonable in the circumstances. We use only fair and lawful means to collect Personal Information or Prospect Information. TERMS AND CONDITIONS1) A 50% deposit to AusMarketing must be received before commencement of the work for work over $750. Otherwise 100% Deposit. 2) Another 50% deposit at completion of the job. 3) It is agreed that you understand that your website will not go live and or printing will not commence until the total invoiced amount (100%) is received by AusMarketing. 4) The agreed maximum amount of images per page within the quoted/invoice is five. Any more images per page may incur extra fees for placement, cropping, editing etcetera. 5) Sometimes the images and logos a client gives us is too low a standard to use. It takes time to correct or remake these. If the Sales Person or the Production Manager is not aware of this before commencement of PHASE 1 the client may incur extra fees for recreation, cropping, editing etcetera. 6) Updates and changes to the website after completion of the website will incur the extra fees – dependent on the type and amount of work. 7) Anything not in the quote or invoice that is requested by the client after the first deposit is made will be quoted and invoiced for separately. 8) If the job is not completed due to the non-cooperation or cancelation of the job by the client we will consider the deposits paid to AusMarketing as due payment and exchange for the work done. No refunds will be issued. 9) AusMarketing does not guarantee and is not held responsible for the success of your website and/or business. 10) We cannot guarantee what your search engine positioning will be. 11) We cannot guarantee the amount of traffic that will find or enter your site. 12) We cannot guarantee that your site will procure you sales. 13) Your website is made with the current technology that is available to us at the time of making. Any new or “better” products that are unknown to us or are released after the site is built cannot be used to replace your existing product/s unless newly invoiced for. 14) "Lifetime Support" is based on the errors in programming, email support, server issues and isues with software updates. It does not include issues caused by the client or someone hired by the client when changing the completed programming/software/website nor actually updateing software for the client. In other words if the product is changed which then causes an error and AusMarketing is called to fix it the normal hourly payment charges will be issued. Carl Neumann
