With the purchase of a license, you get a personal username and password for the Performia system. You are able to have your own company design for your login, which means that all correspondence you do from the site has your company detail and design on it and the hiring process is carried out entirely under your company flag. On your site you are able to create separate projects for each position you are hiring for and you have a database there with each candidate's information, tests, interviews etc. You and your recruitment personnel will be fully trained at our local Performia office in the use of the system and the evaluation technology so you can confidently, competently and efficiently handle the entire recruitment and evaluation process.
